Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed for an instock item it will be shipped out within a few days. Items will ship once payment is received.
Orders ship via USPS to the address listed on your order. An average of 2-9 days depending on your location but may take longer around the Holidays and inclement weather (snow storms).
You will be notified of when it is shipped and when you can expect it to arrive. Tracking info will be provided. Express shipping is an additional fee. Let us know if you would like that.
Be sure to check that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for errors.
Shipping is available in the USA only.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders to be made.
We are not responsible for damage to your order in shipping, please contact the shipping company/carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final, no exceptions. Be sure the size works for your space and that you have reviewed the information provided (size, color, materials, etc.) prior to placing your order. Verify that your address is correct.
We take pride in our work and want you to be happy. Our handmade items are made with quality materials. Please contact us with any concerns.
Since everything is one of a kind handmade (unless you request two to be made exactly alike) the final product may vary slightly from the picture.
Please keep in mind that, different lighting may reveal a different color than what is pictured.
