Welcome the Holidays and the winter season with this handmade nautical inspired blue deco mesh with assorted ribbon bundles (snowflake print, glittery, and sheer) starfish wreath. Seashells and starfish were handpainted and silver glitter was added to them. The glittery silver starfish, and shells were wired and hot glue on. There is a blue plastic starfish in the center of each ribbon bundle. Note that deco mesh material naturally frays, this adds to its charm. You may help prevent some frays by choosing to spraying it with a protectant sold in craft stores.
