We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final, no exceptions. Be sure the size works for your space and that you have reviewed the information provided (size, color, materials, etc.) prior to placing your order. Verify that your address is correct. 

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy. Our handmade items are made with quality materials. Please contact us with any concerns.

Since everything is one of a kind handmade (unless you request two to be made exactly alike) the final product may vary slightly from the picture.

Please keep in mind that, different lighting may reveal a different color than what is pictured. 

Once an order is placed for an instock item it will be shipped out within a few days. Items will ship once payment is received.

Orders ship via USPS to the address listed on your order. An average of 2-9 days depending on your location but may take longer around the Holidays and inclement weather (snow storms).

You will be notified of when it is shipped and when you can expect it to arrive. Tracking info will be provided. Express shipping is an additional fee. Let us know if you would like that. 

Be sure to check that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for errors. 

Shipping is available in the USA only.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders to be made.

We are not responsible for damage to your order in shipping, please contact the shipping company/carrier.

Once your burlap or deco mesh or tulle wreath/swag arrives it may need to be fluffed up or readjusted due to shipping.

To keep your wreath looking its best and to last it is recommended to keep it away from the elements (rain, snow, wind, sun). Display your wreath behind a storm door or under an awning or inside the home to protect it from the elements. 

When not in use store the wreath in a plastic bag or the cardboard box that it came in. Store in a place that doesn't get very hot or very cold.

This happens to be a feather wreath. Feathers were hot glued onto a foam wreath base. Heat may cause feathers to come off the glue. 

Note that wreaths aren't guaranteed against color fading which is due to sun exposure. Some people may choose to spray burlap or deco mesh wreaths with a UV spray/fabric protector to help with fading.

Please note that once a custom order is placed it can not be cancelled as we will have started on making it.

Wreaths that are 18" -21" are a great fit for average sized doors that are 36". If your space is larger than wreaths that are 22" and larger look best.

Materials such as deco mesh and burlap tend to fray, this is natural for the product. 

Beading and other materials such as feathers that are hot glued on may come off with handling and/or extreme heat.
