My name is Ana and I love to save money! I have been “couponing” for years. It’s a job that I really enjoy. My moto is “never pay full price”.

Think of coupons as money. The more coupons you use, the more you save. I spend a few hours weekly to save 50% - 75% or more!

Using coupons is a learning process. The key is to be organized, plan ahead and carve out time to do it. The more time and effort you put in, the more savings you get.

Consider places other than grocery stores to get the best deals (ex) Target, Walmart and drug stores- CVS, and Walgreens.

Some may say you can’t eat healthy with coupons- most of them are for junk food. You can eat healthy by being selective with the coupons. There are organic coupons available- mostly on company websites (ex) Stonyfield, Kashi and Organic Valley, to name a few.

Matching coupons to sale items is where to save the most. This doesn’t just apply to food and household items. The same goes for clothing and shoes. Use coupons with end of season sales. Many stores send online/in store coupons (% off or $ amount off your total purchase) if you are on their email list.

You too could be saving money this year and not just on your groceries. Stay tuned for upcoming local couponing classes. Classes are usually 1 hour long.

Interested in hosting a coupon class and you happen to live in the RI/MA area? As a host/hostess you get a bag/basket of freebies and there is no fee for you. Better than other at home parties because there is nothing to buy. For a small fee guests get coupons to take home, an info packet, and chances to win prizes. All you have to do is pick a date (several weeks out), invite guests- friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, put out some refreshments, and enjoy being at home and getting together with others. Learn tips on how to save money, get a coupon info packet, FREE stuff, and catch up with friends. Contact us for class availability dates and cost. We do require a minimum amount of guests, the fee will depend on the number of guests and the travel time/distance.

If you would love to learn more but live in a state other than RI or MA don't worry I will be posting more couponing topics. Be sure to signup on this site so you don't miss any new postings.
